Enjoy a great night and the chance to buy the winner in the Melbourne Cup. From 6.30 pm a Two Course Dinner at $30 per head with drinks at bar prices.

Raffle tickets with the chance to ‘win’ a horse will be available for sale at the start of the night and will be followed during the evening with the auction of the horses. Those who win or buy first, second and third in the Melbourne Cup held on Tuesday November 5th, can collect their winnings from the club following the race.

Best Fashion Competition also on the night - male or female - along with a raffle for a Furphy Esky and a slab of stubbies (valued at $250+) with these tickets also available on the night.

The Oakleigh Carnegie RSL club at 95 - 97 Drummond St Oakleigh will be open on Melbourne Cup Day from 12 noon for the race that stops a nation.

A Barbecue will be available from 1 pm - members $10, non-members $15. During the afternoon there will also be sweeps conducted.
